I urge you very strongly to call Redmond and make an appointment with Mr. Gates. Purchase an Airline ticket and fly down for you appointment. Book yourself into a nice hotel\Motel and practice your speech that you are going to present to Mr. Gates. After get yourself prepared for ejection by the security detail on campus. Go back to your hotel\motel pack and catch the next available flight home. When you arrive you can start your ranting over again.

Can I ask what for? "The one I have is months old" doesn't qualify as a valid answer.
I just want to know what it is you're planning to do with a newer build. Are you developing software that needs to take advantage of a feature that is not present in whatever build you currently have?
Excluding this scenario, I fail to grasp your sense of entitlement. What, exactly, did you sign up for?
